Drew marye, owner and broker of the marye company, is as great as they come. We've used four other agents in town over the past 8 years to buy/sell real estate in austin, and no one can hold a candle to drew. He's attentive, savvy, really thoughtful and knows is stuff. He's got a niche for mid-century properties, but can handle anything you throw at him. We used him to sell one of our mid-century modern homes and he had unbelievably creative marketing ideas. Yesterday we closed on a house that we bought through him. He has been amazing through the entire process. He knew exactly how to negotiate the deal and we got the house for much less than we thought we could. He was on top of everything. No detail got passed him. And he is really great to work with. I highly recommend The Marye Company. We first went to Drew Mayre in 2005 when we started looking at homes. Though he patiently showed us house after house, nothing ever fit exactly what we wanted or needed. He continued to send us updates on houses that he thought might fit. Checked out a few houses that we thought we might be interested in, and basically, went the extra mile even though we were totally finicky. Finally in 2011, six years after we started looking, we got a call from Drew about a house that we had to see, soon. He was right, it was perfect for us. He was there every step as we went through buying the house. Took all of our calls immediately, and was available when we needed him. And he even had a great lender for us (Vista Lending). A year later and we still honestly can't believe how lucky we are to be in such a perfect house, thanks to Drew's diligence.

I contacted the Marye Company based on the signs that I saw around town. I called them up, got Drew Marye on the phone, and proceeded to hire the best agent and company I've ever had to work for me in terms of a Realtor®. I own a few different houses around Austin and have experience with Realtors®. Never have I received such amazing service. My agent, Drew (who happens to own the company) went above and beyond what I would have expected. Not only have I used him as a listing agent, but I've also used the company to help me buy. If you're using another Realtor®, I think you should reconsider. If you want first-class service, regular contact, and updates, creative ideas, thinking outside of the box, then you need not search any further.
